A bit of a stuff up!

Its been pointed out to me (thanks to Tim) that my previous post on this blog 'Is anybody listening' has rather a huge blooper in it as I managed to misinterpret the Herald email stats.  I thought this was emails received by the Herald about stories when it is actually the number of people who emailed the article to friends. 

I am not going to remove the blog because I think the rest of the stats remain interesting and the conclusions valid despite this rather gargantuan error.  I also think stupidity can be endearing at times...no?

This is also a useful lesson in the perils of blogging while full of Christmas Spirit(s).
